Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your No Laying Up gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unwashed and unworn merchandise. Please note that certain limited-edition drops and sale items may be marked as final sale.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid USPS shipping label; a flat-rate return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.

• 3.
  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging if possible, attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized postal carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team receives and inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
